It might be better to wait until the inmate is transferred to his more long-term home before establishing a routine for phone calls.

Visitation

If it is a weekday, you should call ahead to ensure you can visit.

You can bring inmates medication if it is a current, valid prescription. If it is a prescription or medication that can wait a few days, it is advisable to wait until the inmate is set up at a longer-term jail before bringing prescription medication. However, if it is a prescription that is taken daily, you can bring the prescription during visiting hours to the inmate at Richmond City Justice Center.
