Sending Money

The easiest way to deposit money on an inmate’s account is either online or by bringing cash to the jail lobby and depositing in the Collin County Juvenile Detention lobby kiosk. You can also send a cashier’s check or money order through the US mail.

You can deposit up to $150.00 at a time and up to $500 every 30 days. There are small fees associated with deposits.

While inmates cannot receive incoming calls, they can call out. The easiest way for inmates to make phone calls is to use their commissary account. Visitation

Start by looking at the visitation webpage. To get started, an inmate will need to fill out a Visitor Request form for any visitor. The inmates will submit these forms to the Jail for approval. The easiest way to help facilitate this is to write the inmate a letter and provide all your relevant contact information.
