You can include photographs in the mail as long as they are 4”x6” or smaller in size and do not contain nudity or sexual images. You can arrange for books and magazines to be sent directly to the inmate from the publisher; do not send these items yourself as they will be rejected during intake at the Orange Regional Juvenile Detention Center. Assume that all mail will be inspected for contraband prior to delivery to the inmate.
