Call 308-436-7300 ext 5709 to use a phone to perform an automated search for an inmate. You can also search easily online for an inmate. The website is updated regularly, and you should be able to locate an inmate with ease.

Sending a Mail/Care Package

Inmates can receive mail electronically or via the mail. Letters, small photographs, and postcards can be sent to the following address:

Sending Money

You can set up money on an inmate’s commissary account as long as the inmate does not have any restrictions. Get started here. You can also make deposits to the account over the phone at 308-436-7300 ext 5709.

If you prefer, you can also add money to a commissary account in person. There is a kiosk inside the Scotts Bluff County Juvenile Detention that you can deposit money into. You can also create a money order addressed to the jail with the inmate’s name and number in the memo field. Delivering this money order to the jail will also add money to the inmate’s commissary account.

Phone calls

Securus offers a variety of options for you to add money to an inmate’s telephone account. Through Securus, and inmate can make outgoing phone calls that are prepaid by his account. While inmates at the Scotts Bluff County Juvenile Detention cannot receive incoming calls, it is easy to set up a telephone account for them to make phone calls.

Visitation

Securus also has a system set up for video visitations. Through their website, you can set up video visitations with an inmate from anywhere in the world as long as you have an internet connection.
